1. About StudyHelpAI

StudyHelpAI is an AI-powered homework assistance platform designed to help Indian students understand their coursework through step-by-step explanations. We serve students from TN Board, CBSE, ICSE, NEET, JEE, TNPSC and other boards.

2. Eligibility

You may use StudyHelpAI if you are:

• A student, educator, or parent using the service for educational purposes
• Able to form a legally binding agreement with us
• Not prohibited from using our service under applicable laws

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StudyHelpAI only for lawful educational purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the service to cheat in exams or submit AI answers as your own academic work where prohibited by your institution
• Attempt to bypass the free question limit using multiple accounts
• Use automated bots or scripts to send questions
• Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our service
• Resell or redistribute our AI-generated answers commercially

4. Free Tier

The free tier allows 5 questions per day per account. This limit resets at midnight IST. Creating multiple accounts to bypass this limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in all your accounts being suspended.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

StudyHelpAI uses artificial intelligence to generate answers. Please note:

• AI answers may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
• Always verify important answers with your teacher or textbook
• We are not responsible for academic consequences of relying solely on AI answers
• AI answers are for learning and understanding, not for direct submission as your own work

6. Intellectual Property

The StudyHelpAI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are owned by StudyHelpAI. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission. AI-generated answers provided to you may be used for personal educational purposes only.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Abuse the free tier with multiple accounts
• Submit harmful or inappropriate content
• Attempt to damage or disrupt our service

8. Limitation of Liability

StudyHelpAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any academic, financial, or other damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StudyHelpAI after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
