How NEET Rank Prediction Works
Your NEET All India Rank (AIR) is determined by how your score compares to every other candidate who took the exam that year โ not by a fixed score-to-rank table. Because the paper's difficulty, the number of candidates, and the exact score distribution change every year, the same score can produce a noticeably different rank from one year to the next.
This free NEET rank predictor estimates your likely AIR by interpolating within marks-vs-rank brackets drawn from aggregated NEET 2025 result trends (based on roughly 20.35 lakh candidates). It's a reasonable planning estimate, not a guarantee โ treat the number as a range to plan around, not a promise.
For the most accurate picture, always cross-check against NTA's official result statistics for your exam year, and use your category rank (not just your overall AIR) when researching state quota and reservation-based seats, since category cutoffs are typically well below the general category cutoff shown in the table above.

No. This is an unofficial estimate built from aggregated NEET 2025 result-trend data. NTA does not publish a live rank predictor โ always confirm your actual rank through NTA's official result portal.
Marks-to-rank mapping shifts every year based on how many candidates appear, how difficult that year's paper was, and the exact distribution of scores. A score that gave a certain rank in 2025 may give a noticeably different rank in a different year.
No โ it estimates your overall (general) All India Rank and checks your score against category qualifying cutoffs. Category-wise ranks (OBC, SC, ST, EWS) are typically much better than your overall AIR, since they're calculated within that smaller candidate pool, but this tool doesn't compute that separately.
Percentile shows what percentage of candidates you scored above, while rank is your absolute position in the merit list. A 99 percentile means you outperformed 99% of candidates, but your exact AIR still depends on how many candidates appeared that year.
This varies enormously by state, category and quota, and changes every counselling round. Use this predictor as a rough starting point, then check official closing ranks from the previous year's counselling data for the specific colleges and quotas you're targeting.
