2. Eligibility

StudyHelpAI is intended for school and college students. If you are under 18, you should use this service with the awareness — and, where appropriate, the involvement — of a parent or guardian. By using StudyHelpAI you confirm that the information you provide, such as your name and email, is accurate.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, such as saving your question history or tracking your streak, you need to create an account with a valid email address and password.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

4. Free and Paid Plans

StudyHelpAI currently offers a Free plan with a limited number of AI-solved questions per day, resetting at midnight IST. We may introduce a Premium plan with additional features and different limits in the future.

• Daily limits, features, and pricing may change at any time; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
• Any paid subscription is billed as described at the time of purchase and is subject to the payment provider's terms.
• Fees, where applicable, are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

When using StudyHelpAI, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law.
• Attempt to bypass daily question limits, security measures, or authentication systems.
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, obscene, or infringes on someone else's rights.
• Use automated means, such as bots or scripts, to access the service or scrape content without our permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of our systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute AI-generated answers without our consent.

6. AI-Generated Content — Please Read Carefully

10. Limitation of Liability
